I offer myself as a guide for you to find a place of peace, where the heart dances the mind and body to the soul. Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a more than just a massage, it is an ancient Hawaiian healing art for the mind, body and spirit. The style of massage is flowing and rhythmic with hands and fingers flowing in continuous moves, like a wave covering the entire body. During the massage I will hold a clear channel of prayer, for healing and love as I move with a soft and flowing touch, stimulating the lymphatic system and moving through deep tissue. This heart opening massage can relive stress and allow for muscle relaxation allowing the physical and energetic systems of the body to flush out, transfer and revitalise themselves. The client can experience a deep state of relaxation and emotional release.
