Postpartum planning is one of the most important stages. Together we will plan your postpartum, discuss your desires and vision for your postpartum and together find the best form of nourishment. These sessions will provide connection, education and preparation so you and your family feel confident going forward.
These sessions work best with anyone else attending that will be your primary support during postpartum.

An initial consultation during pregnancy where I will draw upon the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine so I can gain a deeper understanding of your current health, constitution and what your natural weaknesses and strengths are. This will give a more thorough understanding of your needs during Postpartum.

Once a mother, always a mother
All loss is a loss, all women who experience loss are mothers. All mothers deserve care, nourishment and recognition in these huge transformative moments in their lives. Supporting you through death, recognising and holding a you during this time is one of the most healing practices we can do for all women.

For times of loss and pregnancy release it is crucial that the women is supported, physically, emotionally and spiritually. This package is available as a pick and mix style offering and is priced accordingly to cater to the many varied experiences.

During difficult times it can be challenging to navigate formalities. In this session I can provide advice and education on how to navigate early release and/or pregnancy loss. Working with women from first trimester through to third. Helping form an education on steps you can take in order to reduce your attention being drawn outwards while offering suggestions that can help you process this loss in the long term.
Initial consultation can look like forming connection and trust, de brief if you feel comfortable and education and suggestions on how to proceed.
It is highly important that you feel comfortable during these sessions and time together, whatever you feel comfortable to share is up to you. My priority in these sessions is your well being now and in the future.
