Signature Massage Rituals

Kahuna & Lomi Lomi Flow
An ancient Hawaiian practice known for its long, rhythmic movements that feel like waves across the body. This full-body flow encourages deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of balance and calm. Can be both light and relaxing and deep and relaxing.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue & Shiatsu
Ideal for those with muscle tension, stiffness, or chronic pain. These treatments use a combination of firm pressure, stretching, and acupressure to improve mobility, circulation, and energy flow. Can include Cupping and Moxibustion.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage
With specialised training in women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum an appropriate treatment will help restore balance and ease tension and offer a nurturing environment during pregnancy and early motherhood.

Mayan Abdominal Massage
Abdominal and uterine work combining traditional Mayan and Japanese lineages and techniques to support digestion, reproductive health, core alignment and emotional release. Can be a great treatment if you are struggling with menstrual cramps, PMDD, digestive issues or prolapse. A great support during perimenopause and postpartum. Can help heal scaring from surgery and cesarean.

Facial Gua Sha Ritual
A facial treatment using a jade stone to tone, lift, sculpt and support lymphatic drainage. It relaxes facial tension, improves skin tone, and leaves you with a natural glow.

Each massage is tailored to your needs from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when you book a session with me.

  • Before we begin, we’ll talk briefly about what you need most from your session, whether that’s easing muscle pain, reducing stress, or simply relaxing. This helps tailor the treatment to your body on the day.

  • Each treatment is intuitive and responsive. I draw from techniques such as Lomi Lomi, Kahuna, Shiatsu, and Deep Tissue, combining flowing, rhythmic strokes with targeted pressure work to release tension and encourage deeper rest.

  • When your session ends, you’ll have time to ground and rest. I’ll offer simple aftercare advice if needed, ways to stay hydrated, support muscle recovery, and extend the benefits of your massage.
